Current Year Returns

Come get your free estimate with your current year return. Bring all income documents, Social Security Cards, ID, and Income Documents. Don’t forget that 1095 (If you had insurance, they will not pay out your return until that form is submitted.)

Prior Year Returns

Forgot to file a prior year or you didn’t have an opportunity to? We can electronically file prior years as well as current years. Bring every year you have and let’s get you caught all the way up.

Audit Protection

We understand that no one likes to get those letters from the IRS, but sometimes it happens. Any slight changes to your return, including choosing a new tax professional, can trigger an Audit. They don’t do this to punish you, but to protect you. They want to make sure no one has stolen your information or even your identity. In these cases, we offer Audit Protection for all of our clients that is included in your total price. Our Audit Protection is offered through AMP (Audit Maintenace Protection).

Due Diligence

What is Due Diligence?

Due Diligence is reasonable steps taken by a person in order to satisfy a legal requirement. We will ask questions to verify all information is true. We send a statement for each return that needs due diligence to confirm all necessary information given to avoid fraudulent activity.

Just remember it like this, if you want to claim it, you you need to be able to prove it.

  • Documents needed to satisfy the Due Diligence and what the IRS is looking for is:

    Social Security Card for each Dependent

    Birth Certificate each Dependent

    Any other Document that proves relationship to dependent.

    Any other Document that shows the dependent resides with you.

    Any other Document that shows why the individual is a dependent.

  • A lot of People don’t know that Due diligence is also required for your business.

    These are items that you need to provide adequate proof that your business is legitimate.

    EIN, Business License, Receipts, Invoices, Business Bank Account, Marketing Material, Business Expense Receipts (Rent Supplies, Insurance, Legal Fees, and etc.), and any other documents that will prove business validity.
